Once refunded it will show in your account within 3-5 days.

Follow the link to our returns portal to have your parcel collected from the comfort of your own home, or drop off at your nearest available ParcelShop.
Royal Mail - £2
Simply create your QR code via our returns portal and take it to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, Post Office branch or Collect+ location.
International Returns
For purchases made online via website or app, delivered outside of UK
You're welcome to return your items but unfortunately we do not offer free returns on international orders.
In order to process your return please send your items back to us using the returns address below within 28 days from when you receive your order for a full refund for purchases made via the Footpatrol website or app (excluding Footpatrol launches app), or within 14 days for purchases made via the Footpatrol launches app.
Make sure the goods are returned by recorded delivery or courier, and retain proof of postage to ensure we receive your unwanted products as efficiently as possible.
Please also note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and any returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
