Online Returns - Register your return on our Portal - no need for a printer.
You can send any unwanted items back to us within 28 days from when you receive your order for a refund with purchases made in the UK via the Footpatrol website or app and within 14 days from when you receive your order for purchases made via the Footpatrol Launches app.
If you think the item your received is faulty/damaged please get in touch with Contact Us and we will see how we can help you.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive it back in our warehouse. Once refunded, it will show in your account within 3-5 days. Read our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Store Returns
You can return your unwanted items back to our London or Paris stores within 28 days from when you receive your order. They must be complete with the packaging, tags and any special items that may have accompanied them. Remember to take your proof of purchase with you too.
EVri Return - FREESimply follow the link to the returns portal to have your parcel collected from the comfort of your own home, ordrop off at your nearest available ParcelShop.
To drop off at ParcelShop you can either print your returns label at home, or generate a QR code and print a label instore.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Re-pack your items and include the returns form provided
2. Find your nearest ParcelShop drop off point by clicking here
3. Select your preferred returns options (print your label at home, or generate a QR code to print your label instore)
4. Once you've processed your return, you're ready to drop your parcel at your nearest ParcelShop
5. Keep hold of your proof of postage. We'll email you when we receive the returned item/s
Royal Mail - £2.00No printer required.
Simply create and take your QR code to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, Post Office branch or Collect+ location.
Scan your QR code and print the label.
Then simply fix and drop off your parcel.
You also have the option of using the Bring My Label service, whereby you can book a collection online and choose for your postal worker to bring your labels to you. If no one is going to be available when the item is collected you can choose to leave your parcel in your nominated Safeplace.
Non UK Customer?You’re welcome to return your items but unfortunately we do not offer free returns. In order to process your refund please send your items back to us using the returns address below within 28 days from when you receive your order for a full refund for purchases made via the footpatrol website or app (excluding footpatrol launches app), or within 14 days for purchases made via the footpatrol launches app. Make sure goods are returned by recorded delivery or courier, and retain proof of postage to ensure we receive your unwanted products as efficiently as possible. Please also note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and any returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
