Three years on from the collab with Supreme, Nike's Air Bakin OG – created by Eric Avar – gets retro'd again, this time reintroducing its archetypal Miami Heat-themed 'Varsity Red' palette from its debut back in ‘97. Mixed materials dictate the ribbed uppers, which are crafted from airy black mesh with aggressive synthetic nubuck overlays and padded, high-cut neoprene collars. Yellow laces enhance the overall makeup, while Swoosh branding sits parallel across both ankles and Nike Air embroidery adorns both the tongue and heels. Textured wraparound mudguards reinforce the pair; pull tabs provide a practical touch.
