Description

As we celebrate 35 years of the Air Jordan 6, the Jumpman brings to life a silhouette that's only ever been something of a myth. Appearing in a 1999 preview catalogue before being pulled out of production, we now meet the reversed 'Infrared' AJ 6 Retro 'Infrared Salesman' in the flesh. Dressed in black nubuck, the upper is illuminated with touches of the '91 shade of 'Infrared' on the Nike Air branding, Jumpman logo and lace toggle, while 'Not For Resale' text on the inner collar nods to its elusive origins. Careful consideration has been taken to make this as close to the 1991 pairs MJ played in as possible, with a modified inner bootie and a 2mm raise on the tongue height. Below, visible Air in the heel sit in the reversed midsole, and a grippy outsole rounds things off. | CT8529-001 | 779908
