Returns
For purchases made via the Footpatrol website or 'Footpatrol' app, you can return any unwanted items back to one of our stores or post via UPS. Purchases made in store cannot be returned by post. Items must be returned within 28 days from when you receive your order for a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive it back in our warehouse. Once refunded, it will show in your account within 3-5 days. Items Purchased Instore must be returned instore
