What delivery options do you offer and how much do they cost?
Standard Home Delivery (UPS)
Price: €4
Delivery times: 4-6 Working Days, excludes bank holidays.

For deliveries within the advertised timeframe, orders must be placed before 2 PM (local time) shown at checkout.
All orders are with non-cleared returns.
Orders are cleared through customs in transit and customers are always contacted well in advance to obtain delivery within the advertised timeframe.
Customers must ensure to provide a valid phone number/email address to avoid delivery delays so that couriers can communicate additional delivery option information via email/SMS before delivery is made. Deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise specified.
What are your courier's hours?
Orders are delivered 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Can I track my order?
Yes, all deliveries can be tracked via the link contained in the confirmation email of your order. You will receive additional emails from the courier during the various stages of delivery.
What else should I know about home delivery?
Our courier will continue to attempt delivery at the provided address before the package is left at a neighbor's home. If all delivery attempts fail, the courier will leave a letter with instructions to retrieve your order.
Will i need to pay customs duty on my order?
Please be aware: orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs duty upon import. We recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand any potential charges before placing your order.
If delivery is to an address in the EU and under €150, then taxes and duties will be settled on your behalf with our courier. If delivery is over €150 or to an address outside the EU, you may be charged taxes or duties on import into the destination country - we recommend you contact your local customs authority to understand the potential costs prior to placing an order.
