1. By entering into this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. This competition is open to all UK residents, except for employees of JD Sports Fashion plc, their families (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), agencies or any other company or anyone else directly connected with the administration of this prize draw. JD Sports is the promoter of this prize draw.

2.1. The competition starts 30.03.23.

3. The prize draw starts at 21.06.23 (BST).

4. All entries must be received by 23:59 (BST) on 30.06.23.

5. Any entries that do not arrive within the specified time frame will not be accepted and the decision of JD Sports Fashion plc will be final.

6. The decision of JD Sports Fashion plc is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Participants may attempt the game as many times as they wish. Each qualifying participant will be entered only once into the prize draw. Only participants with a submitted score will be entered into the prize draw.

8. Entrants can access 10% of Nike product only by playing the Footpatrol mobile app game. There are different exclusives to access. Product exclusions apply & not applicable on Footpatrol draws. Products available to use on footpatrol.com & native app.

8.1. An email containing a 10% discount code will be send to the players if: (a) the players play and complete the game; and (b) submit their score to the leader board. Each entrant will be awarded a 10& discount code on selected Nike products only for their next appr website order. The discount code is available for one-time use only. Subject to stock.

9. 50 x Footpatrol Products: Medium barrier prize | These will be won via Instant Win mechanic. A special Gas Mask token will appear at random in game and only players who successfully collect this token and submit a score will have snagged one of these prizes. The token will appear randomly for lucky players during the 3 months of the game being active.

9.1. The player will be shown a message on a panel in game saying something along the lines of 'Congrats! You've won a special prize! We will be in touch to collect some more details from you.'Prizes will include FP own brand clothing / accessories, to be sent out from stock.

10. 5 x £100 Gift Card: High barrier prize | This is the raffle prize drawn towards the end of the campaign. Anyone who submits a qualifying score to the leaderboard will be eligible to win this gift card (single use unique code).

10.1. The winner of the Individual Prize is subject to winner confirmation. The winner will be contacted via email. The winner will be selected at random from all participants who have submitted a valid score. Should there be no response to such email within 7 days or should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, JD Sports Fashion plc reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner. JD Sports Fashion plc accepts no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of the prize due to supply issues or any other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of participation to enter the free prize draw.

12. The prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No other costs will be covered.

13. The prizes are subject to availability and usual JD Sports Fashion plc terms and conditions apply.

JD Sports Fashion plc accepts no responsibility for any entries not received, or for undelivered or delayed messages which were unable to be sent or received due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted by JD Sports Fashion plc for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

16. Any personal data relating to the prize draw entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

17. No warranty or guarantee is given by JD Sports Fashion plc in to relation to the prizes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Sports Fashion plc, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the prize draw or in connection with the acceptance of these terms and conditions or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the prize draw . JD Sports Fashion plc does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractor or the obligations of any third parties associated with the prizes (including without limitation the manufacturer or promoter of any prize). JD Sports Fashion plc will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

18. JD Sports Fashion plc reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the prize draw (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. JD Sports Fashion plc is also entitled to vary the prizes if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.

19. JD Sports Fashion plc at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a participant from the prize draw if it has reasonable cause to believe that the participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally or in an unauthorised manner.

20. This prize draw is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

21. Entrants must have a mobile phone and have the JD Sports mobile app.

22. JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or any prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of any prize. If any part of the prizes are not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply alternative prizes.

23. JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

24. For the name and county of the winners please send a self-addressed envelope to JD Sports Fashion plc, Marketing Department, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR.

25. It is the winners’ responsibility to (i) enter into the prize draw; (ii) present evidence of such completion to a member of staff; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw ; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the prizes.

26. By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the prizes and their experience for future prize draw al, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
