Receiving an eReceipt?
- As a UK customer, you can opt to receive your receipt electronically when you shop in one of our stores. Simply provide the email address you wish to use at the time of purchase in-store, and your eReceipt will be sent to that address.
- Please note you will also be given the option to receive a paper receipt in-store.
Do I need to provide my details in-store every time I want an eReceipt?
- Yes, you must provide your email address with every purchase to receive an eReceipt. Your sales advisor will ask for your email address during the transaction, which will then trigger the system to send your eReceipt.
What if I Lose, Delete, or Don't Receive My eReceipt?
- Please contact our Customer Services team immediately for assistance.
- Please make sure you have as much information as possible including the store name and the date of your purchase to help us locate your transaction quickly.
What if my eReceipt Contains Incorrect Details?
- Please return to the store where you made your purchase with a copy of your eReceipt, and a team member will assist you in correcting the error.
Can I use my eReceipt to Return Items?
- You can return your items in-store by bringing your eReceipt to one of our sales advisers. You can either print off your eReceipt email or show the email on a device as your proof of purchase.
