By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”) t/a Footpatrol, recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. Footpatrol is the promoter of this prize draw.

1. What can you win?

   Footpatrol are running six (6) prize draws throughout December leading up to Christmas. The prizes include but are not limited to footwear and apparel in line with items sold in Footpatrol stores and connected with Footpatrol (the “Prize").

   The table below details the dates of the prize draws and the number of winners.

   For the avoidance of doubt, there will be 1 Prize per winner. Except for the first prize draw, Prizes for all subsequent prize draws will be revealed one at a time, after the previous prize draw has closed.

   Prizes are subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). Prizes may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor are they transferable. Prizes are subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Footpatrol has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). Footpatrol has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or any Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Footpatrol. Footpatrol shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of any Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), Footpatrol is under no obligation to supply an alternative Prize.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

   It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, postage fees are included in the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

   Entrants must be aged eighteen (18) years or over and a resident of England, Scotland and Wales. Footpatrol reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age.

   All entrants will require a social media account on Instagram in order to enter the prize draw and will require internet access.

   Footpatrol reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Footpatrol reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter?

   Entrants can enter each prize draw by completing all of the following steps below:

   1. following @footpatrol on Instagram
   2. liking the Instagram post (the “Post”); and
   3. undertaking the Post instructions such as commenting your shoe size or apparel size

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. No films or photographs submissions are necessary to enter the prize draw.

Participation is unlimited. Each entrant can enter the prize draw multiple times by commenting on the Post multiple times provided that steps 1 and 2 above have been completed at least once. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times

   The first prize draw will commence on 5th December 2022 and the last prize draw will close on 29th December 2022. See table below for specific opening and closing times for the individual draws.

   Any entries received after the dates and times above will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

   All entrants who have made a valid entry following the “How to Enter” steps above will be entered into a random name generator by staff at Footpatrol. The winners will be decided by checking entries that meet the eligibility criteria. Footpatrol will use this information to verify how a winner has entered and been chosen. The decision of Footpatrol is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves).    The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message no later than seventy-two (72) hours after the prize draw closes for your chosen Prize. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours despite Footpatrol’s reasonable efforts to contact them, Footpatrol reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize.

   In the event a winner does not collect the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours, Footpatrol reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

   For the name and county of the winners please send a self-addressed envelope to Footpatrol Christmas 2022 Prize draw, JD Sports Fashion plc, Marketing Department, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR.

7. Winners’ Responsibilities

   It is the winners responsibility to:(i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. Footpatrol will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

   Footpatrol reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

9. Publicity

   By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at Footpatrol’s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that Footpatrol (or any third party nominated by Footpatrol) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

10. Which law applies to this prize draw

    This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
